What it is
A registered business address in Sweden, with mail handling.
Who needs it

Registered with
Bolagsverket, Skatteverket
Annual fee
SEK 18,000

A Swedish company needs an address that authorities, counterparties and courts can use. Before you have an office here — and often long after, if your team is remote — that address has to come from somewhere.

We provide a Stockholm address, receive post on your behalf, scan what matters and forward it the same working day, and hold originals securely. Where something arriving needs action rather than filing, you will be told what it is and what the deadline is rather than receiving a scan and a shrug.

What we do

  • Provide a Stockholm business address for registration with Bolagsverket and Skatteverket
  • Receive and sort incoming post
  • Scan and forward the same working day
  • Hold original documents securely and forward on request
  • Flag anything carrying a deadline

What this is not

A business address is not the same as a process agent. Formal service of legal process requires a named individual resident in Sweden, appointed by the board and registered with Bolagsverket. Companies frequently assume an address service covers both. It does not, and the consequence of getting that wrong is a Bolagsverket injunction. Most clients take the two together.
